About how many girls are you cooking for? How about stuffed peppers, ground beef and rice is very economical. Stuffed shells is also good. I have a good recipe for those if you would like it. A big pot of spaghetti and meatballs, sausage, and pork is cheap too. There is a great recipe here for that if you do a search for Mama Pacetti's Spaghettie and Meatballs, it is excellent!
