Janice - The recipes posted so far look like great ideas. For dessert, maybe think about a trifle. Trifles look elegant in big glass bowls, they're almost impossible to mess up, and they can be made with a variety of ingredients to suit your teenagers. I'm sure a search on the Bakers' board will yield a ton of delicious trifle recipes to get you started, and then you can adapt one for your group to use. Good luck with the dinner.
