ISO: ideas for picinic food for 30 guests

Misc.

Hello, I live in northeast PA. As you all know, the picinic food is traditional in our areas. In my area the most famous would be: potatoe and macaroni salad made with mayo, chips, pretzels, salsa, baked beans, corn, baked potatoes, pasta salads. I really want to try something nontraditional, no mayo recipes (for the fear of spoilling). Pick and finger foods are welcomed. If you prefer, my e-mail address is loriluv2@yahoo.com. Thanks for your help. Loriluv
