ISO: If I tell you the ingredients-can you tell me the recipe?

Your ingredients sound like it's an Italian dish in an alfredo sauce. Look in your cookbooks for Fettuccine Alfredo or a Broccoli-Parmesan Fettuccine Creamy. Also, because it calls for shrimp check for Shrimp Fettuccine. I'll bet it tastes wonderful.
