Recipe(tried): Concord Grape Pie, Revised and Thank you

Desserts - Pies and Tarts
I want to thank you for your wonderful website. I was making a Chocolate Pecan Pie yesterday and the recipe called for 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, well I only had 2 oz. You provided the conversion for cocoa and sugar so I was able to make the pie without having to run to the store.

Also, I have made the Concord Grape Pie I, but mine is a little different.

Fix the 4 cups of grapes as called for in the Concord Grape Pie, then I add 1 cup sugar 1/4 tsp salt, 3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca and 1 Tbsp melted margarine.
Then bake as directed. It is absolutely wonderful.

Thanks again,
Dianne
