ISO: IHOP's Harvest Grain n' Nut Pancake

I want to try the 'IHOP's Harvest Grain n' Nut Pancake' recipe but do not see any liquid ingredients to mix with the dry items. Someone told me to use buttermilk and a little bit of oil but no amounts? Thanks for some assistance.
