ISO: In a jam with jam
Misc.I have a problem with my jams where the fruit rises to the top. I have tried waiting 5-10 minutes of cooling before placing in jars as suggested in recipes, but after a 10 minute water boiling water bath, the fruit still seperates from the juice and there is no even distrubtion. Are there any other secrets that can prevent this from happening? Thanks for any advice!
