The original house dressing recipe was Mayonnaise, Kosciusko Spicy Brown Mustard, and Sharwoods Steak Sauce. The steak sauce doesn't appear to be available anymore, so I've been trying a number of different ones. Just regular A1 sauce seems to work okay. The next one I'll probably try is HP Sauce.
As far as the proportions, I just start with the mayo and keep adding the mustard and steak sauce until it tastes right.
