ISO: ISO Mexican/Fiesta Chicken Recipe

Help! Am looking for a wonderful tex-mex flavored chicken recipe that has disappeared from my files -- it involved boneless, skinless chicken breasts that were dredged in a breading of crushed cheese crackers and taco seasoning mix -- the sauce/topping included heavy cream, green chiles and cheddar-jack cheese -- any and all help would be greatly appreciated -- Thanks!
