ISO: ISO Noodle Salad

Misc.

My great aunt made it using the following ingredients:
Crispy fried egg noodles (ready to serve), shredded cabbage, bean shoots etc. and a dressing using soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar I think. It had no meat in it but was delicious. Any recipes would be appreciated.
