ISO: ISO:Sweet Noodle Kugel

Misc.

A few years ago I was at a potluck where a friend who was raised Jewish brought a sweet noodle kugel for desert. It had raisins and I think pieces of apple through it, tasted like cinnamon and possibly nutmeg. It was wonderful! Unfortunately, I've lost contact with her and cannot get the recipe from her.

Anyone who has a recipe like this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
