ISO: Italian Potato appetizer - Mashed Potato Cake

I am looking for the recipe for a mashed potato cake. Baked with three cheeses, eggs, ham, salami and bread crumbs, it's a meal in itself. Was served this on a hot appy platter in LIttle Italy, NYC several years ago.
