ISO: Jacala's three cheese enchiladas with chili gravy

I'm only looking for Jacalas (san antonio tx) three cheese enchilada recipe & the chili gravy recipe that goes on top.
We live in San Antonio TX, the home of the best Tex-Mex.
My husband only loves the cheese enchiladas and the chili gravy from Jacalas. Ive tried all kinds of cheese enchilada and chili gravy recipes and he does not like them. We live far from Jacalas and I would loooooove to have the recipe so I can make them at home. thank you :)
