This is exactly if NOT BETTER than Stouffers Corn Souffle. I have tried various recipes and finally found one that fits the bill.
STOUFFER'S CORN SOUFFLE
1 (9 oz.) box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (14 oz.) can creamed cron
1 (14 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
2 eggs beaten
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
Combine all in greased 2 l/2 quart casserole pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes.
