ISO: Jalapeno jelly and splenda

Misc.
Folks, I made a mistake and gave my Mom some Jalapeno Jelly, now she wants to make it herself. But she is a diabetic so I need some help with the sugar substitute, (she wants to use spenda?) and I need to know how much to use.
thanks in advance,
Payt
