Recipe(tried): Jen's Cardamon Spritz Cookies

This Spritz cookie recipe was given to me by my Swedish daughter-in law.

JEN'S CARDAMON SPRITZ COOKIES

2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 egg yolks
1 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon almond extract
Ground cardamom, to taste

Sift flour and sugar together, and then mix in the egg yolks, butter, almond extract, and cardamom -- by hand.

Use cookie press; press onto ungreased baking sheets.

Bake 375 degrees F for 7 minutes.
