ISO: K&W cafe chicken pan pie

Misc.
K&W cafeteria makes a delicious chicken pan pie with a thin top crust, with peas, carrots, and potatoes. This pie has a slightly sweet taste which is what makes it so delicious. I would like to find out if maybe sugar is added to the milk or if maybe heavy cream is used and the amount of measurments used if possible. If you have this recipe to share, please post it. Thank you so much for your time and trouble. Evelyn
