ISO: Lady Ashburnham Pickles

Hello! Does anyone have a rec. for Lady Ashburnham Pickles(Relish) it's made with very ripe(yellow) cucumbers. It's sweet/sour, delcious. Unfortunately, I've lost the recipe from an English lady who originally gave it to me.
