ISO: layered Mexican dip using cream cheese

I lost the greatest party dip. The recipe was layered with cream cheese being one of the layers. I believe a can or two of chili was also in the recipe. Green chiles, green onions, cheese were also included. Unfortunately that is the extent of my memory. This was one great appetizer always getting rave notices. I would love to be able to make it again. Hope someone can help me out.
