SWEET POTATO PIE
2 cups cooked, mashed Georgia sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or allspice)
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
Mix all ingredients together well and put into pie shell.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
Makes 6 servings
