ISO: Leaf n Ladle in Valpriso, Fl Parsley Salad Dressing

There used to be a restaurant outside the back gate of Eglin AFB, FL called the "Leaf n Ladle." They had the best and only Parsley Salad Dressing I have ever had. Does anyone happen to know a copycat recipie for it?
