ISO: Liberty Restarurant - Disney World Fla -

While visiting Disney World in Florida last year, we lunched at the Liberty Restaurant. We were served Honey Biscuits with Apple Butter. Does anyone have recipes for either or both of these items. They were delicious!! Thanks
