ISO: Looking for a cuban recipe

I'm lookijng for a recipe for "bollos" a deepfried bean or pea meatball. It is Cuban, I had it at a concession stand in Key West and have never been able to find even a vague generalization of the ingredients. Please help mand thankyou !Mere
