ISO: Looking for a pork chop recipe

I am looking for a recipe I used to make that involved browning bone-in pork chops then adding either Campbell's onion soup and rice or Lipton's dry onion soup mix with rice and water to the pork chops....then covering it and letting it simmer for a while. It's been so long since I made it that I can't remember exactly which one I used. I may have originally gotten the recipe off the can or the box but we're talking 30 years ago. I know I used to also throw in some peppers as well. Does anyone have this recipe or something similar? Thanks!
