ISO: Looking for matza recipe in Northern Canada

Misc.
I live and teach in Northern Canada. It is very difficult to locate matzo meal or matzos. They have them once a year, maybe. When I lived in Winnipeg, I took this all for granted. The grocers here will not cooperate. The nearest Kosher grocer is hundreds of miles away in Vancouver. I heard about a sephardic recipe for matzos so I thought I would try to make it myself, but now I can not find the recipe. Does anyone out there have one.
