ISO: Looking for pie recipe but don't know name!

Misc.
I am looking for a recipe my mother made when I was a child. I thought it was Amish vanilla pie but I found that recipe and it is just crumbs with a gooey bottom (a combination that is extremely sweet).

The pie I remember had the same gooey bottom as the Amish vanilla pie but it had a white cake batter top. The completed pie was baked til golden brown...there were no crumbs at all.
