ISO: Looking for Same Green Tomato Relish

Misc.
I'm looking for the same recipe as Susan from Tulsa...all the catfish restaurants in OK/TX seem to serve it, and won't devulge the recipe ( supplier) It's fairly large chunks of green tomato, (pickled? ) onion, slightly sweet, slightly sour, slightly hot. My friend and I go to a local catfish restaurant for the RELISh not the fish! Anyone have any clues on this one?
