ISO: Luby's Cheesecake

Hi Everyone! I would dearly love to have a recipe for (I presume) unbaked
Pineapple Cheesecake with Graham Crust a la Luby's Cafeteria. Have yet to
find cheesecake (either home-made or restaurant) that I like half as well as
Luby's. Your help is appreciated!
