ISO: make-ahead eggs benedict

This recipe is from the cookbook Company's Coming for Christmas. It is written by Jene Pare .In it their is a recipe for make-ahead eggs Benedict. Even when you cook it the mext morning the eggs are still a bit soft. My book has the page stuck together and that perticullar recipe is ripped out . so if anyone could help that would be great. I would like to serve it for Easter Brunch.
