ISO: make ahead low carb pancake mix

Misc.
I am looking for a dry mixture receipe that I can make ahead of time for low carb pancakes. That is, a mixture that I can keep in the pantry and simply add wet ingrediants to when needed. Or a pancake mix that includes both wet and dry ingrediants...again...low carb. Or how to make regular pancakes into low carb pancakes...Your help is appreciated..Thank you
