Recipe: The real Bang Bang Shrimp!!!

I have tried many recipes on here and non of them are close to the same as Bone Fish Grill.  I was there last night and had our waitress write down the actual recipe that they have in the kitchen.  You will have to convert this because this is for a restaurant portion.  I will do this tonight.

1 gallon Mayo
3 cups garlic chile sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup sweet/hot thai
1/4 cup white vinegar

As for the batter they use a seasoned flour... not corn starch like some other recipes state.  That was one part I was not able to get.
