ISO: Make ahead meals or Crock Pot Ideas

I am a full time working Mom that has a son in hockey. We are on the ice 4-5 times a week. Doesn't leave me much time to cook a decent meal. I am asking all the others in my situation if you have any recipes for the Crock Pot or anything I could make ahead in my spare time to freeze. We have exhausted cooking a whole chicken in the crock pot. I love to cook but need new ideas. My husband and son love spicy stuff but open to all ideas. PLEASE HELP!!!!
