ISO: Make ahead potato salad

Is it possible to make potato salad (preferably either a vinegarette or roasted potato salad) one day ahead. If you have a reacipe that can be made ahead for either of those, please let me know. I'm not a huge fan of the traditional mayo & egg version. However, any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks!
