Recipe(tried): Make Ahead Potato Salad - NO PROBLEM!!!

Good Evening to you. Trust me on this, I have been making home-made potato salad since 1953. The potato salad gets better & better up till the 3rd day in the fridge. Then for about 3 to 4 days it stays even & then goes down hill slowly till about the 10th day. The ingredients blend very nicely over-nite in the refridge. Defintely make the potato salad 2 days before you need it.
