Misc.Hi Marc!
Thank you for catching that with the water/coffee. Yes, that should be coffee in the instructions, not water. And you add the pudding mix to the cake mix. Regarding the beating, I haven't made this cake myself but I have seen other Bundt cake recipes calling for 8 minutes of beating. I'm sure if you limited it to 3-4 minutes you'd still have a very good cake.
Best of luck with the recipe and if you have time let us know how it turns out!
Happy Holidays,
Betsy

Dear Betsy,
Just needed some clarification on this recipe.
1) In the directions it says "beat mix, oil and water together" but in your ingredients @ top "FOR THE CAKE" it doesn't have water listed. Is it the coffee?
2) In the "FOR THE CAKE" directions it list a box of instant pudding @ bottom it doesn't tell when to add or where.
3) Are you really supposed to beat on high for 8 min. I had always been told it was bad to overbeat a cake?
Thanks,
Marc
