ISO: Meatloaf using bread crumbs and pizza quick sauce

Misc.
My mom had a meatloaf recipe that I would like to find again. She passed away in 2001 so I hope someone else can help.

I remember that this meatloaf recipe used bread crumbs and you mixed them with the meat and sauce. I THINK it was pizza quick sauce, but it could have been spaghetti sauce. It came in a jar. The resulting mixture was very mushy and moist before cooking. I don't remember any other ingredients, but there might have been some (onions maybe?).

Thanks in advance for any help!!
