Recipe: Pizza Meatloaf (using Pizza Quick Sauce)

Pizza Meatloaf

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (10 ounce) jar Ragu Pizza Quick Sauce, divided
4 slices bread, torn up
1/2 onion, chopped
1 egg
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Dash of salt
Dash of pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Combine beef, half jar of the sauce, and remaining ingredients except cheese. Spread half of mixture into 8 x 4 inch baking dish.

Make groove down the middle for the cheese and put cheese in.

Put rest of meat mixture on top and cover with other half jar of pizza sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
