ISO: Michigans Sauce

Misc.

My husband and I was stationed at Plattsburgh NY in the Mid 80's and they had a speciality in that area called Michigans. This was a sauce served over hot dogs.
I got a recipe that was in the local paper for favorite recceipes. This one called for the use of can of tomato soup and hamburger plus other ingredients. In the many moves in the military, I have lost this receipe. My husband would be ever so grateful if I could locate this recipe or something very similar to it. Thanks for your help
