ORANGE GLAZED CORNISH HENS
1 Reynolds Oven Bag, Large Size
3 tablespoons flour, divided use
4 Cornish hens (1 1/2 pounds each)
1 cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Shake 1 tablespoon flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Place hens in oven bag.
In small bowl, combine remaining flour, marmalade, soy sauce and ginger. Spoon sauce over hens in oven bag.
Close oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in pan.
Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh not touching the bone reads 180 degrees F. Let stand in oven bag 5 minutes.
Serve with sauce, if desired.
