ISO: Mighty Melt Sandwich Dressing

Misc.
Back in the day Joplin, Mo had a Mighty Melt shop, and the Mighty Melt sandwich was my favorite. The closest bread I have found that embodies their bread is focaccia bread. Might you be able to tell me the dressing they used on the sandwich? I've always just described it as Italian but when I've tried to replicate the sandwich Italian just doesn't do it justice.
