ISO: Mint Chip and Cream Cheese Bars

I am looking for a no bake dessert. It had a green minty layer and a thin chocolate layer on top. It was the texture of fudge. Tasted like a thin mint cookie.

I know it had Mint Chips, Cream Cheese in the bottom layer, but don't know what else.

The top layer was simply melted chocolate chips spread on top.

These were soooo good. HELP! Thx.
