ISO: Mr Steak Kabob Marinade

Misc.
I was looking for the Mr Steak Kabob Marinade recipe today as I used to cook at the one in Fergus Falls, MN years ago and could not remember it. Everything I have read so far don't seem to match what I remember. The base was mostly ketchup and chili sauce, with lemon juice and horseradish, soy sauce and Worcestershire, but just can't remember the proportions. I am still amazed at how everybody raved over the dipping sauce that went out on the plate to the customer when all it was was warmed Western Dressing from the steam table! I miss the Continental burger as well (A mushroom and Swiss stuffed patty) The original Juicy Lucy!!!!
