ISO: Mushy Noodle HELP PLEASE

Misc.

I have lots and lots of udon noodles that I tried to saute with sesame oil, garlic and soy suace. They are now mushed pieces of noodles. They taste good, but look awful.

I would love to re-use them. Any innovative or creative ideas?
