Aloha Sweet Potatoes
(this would be an easy version of authentic)
Large can sweet potatoes, drained
1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
Mix ingredients together.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour.
