ISO: Need Bread Pudding Recipe w/Rum Raisin Butter Sauce

I am searching for either a copycat recipe or a recipe similar to it. There is a restaurant down in Panama City Beach FLorida that we go to whenever we are down there-at least once a year-the name slips my mind at this moment but it's real well known-sits on the water-and it's like Captain Ray's or Cpt. Roys and they have a great reputation for their fishes.
I had the most incredible dessert there-it is a Bread Pudding that has raisins in it and over the top they pour this real buttery rum sauce over it and it is served warm. I actually got the recipe from the restaurant but in it it calls for like 2 gallons of Plano in the sauce=whatever that is-no way can I find the Plano-I've looked for several years at rest. food supply places etc. I would be so happy to just get a really good bread pudding recipe with a good rum sauce for it. Can anyone out there help me?
