Recipe(tried): Great books about cooking.... From Here You Can't See Paris and Soul of a Chef

Tips and Tricks - Cooking
I recently finished reading two nonfiction books about restaurant cooking. I liked them immensely.

The first is From Here You Can't See Paris by Michael S. Sanders. He spent a year in southwestern France with his wife and daughter, in the village of Les Arques, learning about a restaurant there.

The second one was recommended to me by a relative, Soul of a Chef, The Journey Toward Perfection by By Michael Ruhlman. When I started it I wasn't sure I was going to like it, but I ended up enjoying it very, very much. I'm ready to go to Yountville, CA and eat at the French Laundry...when I save up enough money!-Micha
