ISO: need help with crock pot

Misc.
all of the chicken breast recipes i have tried with my crock pots (i have tried 3 different kinds of crock pots), all seem to make the chicken too dry. am i doing something wrong. always on low heat, and i check for doneness after 6-7 hours. always follow the recipes as well. my husband always says it is a little dry for his tastes. i thought crock pots were supposed to make everything moist and juicy. so far i've had better luck with the oven. what am i doing wrong or is that how crock pot recipes turn out? maybe i'm just expecting something different. thanks for the help.
