ISO: Need Shrimp Alfredo Casserole Recipe

My girlfriend in Charlotte had this in her frig. It was pretty late when we got home late from track and munched on it so it is hard to remember all what was in it.. but I do remember that it had tiny shrimp, flat spaghetti noodles, and an Alfredo sauce. It reminded me of Tuna noodle casserole consistency and was cooked in a large 9 X 13 dish. She was supposed to send me the recipe but I think she is holding back on me. Can anyone help???
