ISO: neopolitan dessert made with gelatin in brown white and pink layers

Misc.

My mother made this recipe for my brother and myself all our lives from memory. She is now in a nursing home and it is not written down anywere. It was made with knox gelation and has a chocolate layer, a strawberry layer and I think vanilla layer. I am not sure of the white layer's flavor. She served it with a running custard sause. I hope someone out there can help me find this recipe. Thanks in advance. Lynn Thomas
