SALSA CHICKEN
6 skinless chicken breast halves (or 1 whole chicken, cut in pieces)
2 tablespoons oil
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
In large skillet, brown chicken in oil, pour off fat.
Add salsa and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until done, turning chicken once. If using whole chicken, simmer for 30 minutes or until done.
